Below, you will find simple instructions on how to use it, store it properly, empty the dirty water tank, and refill the clean water tank. Please do not add soaps or detergents into the water tank.

How to use the Dreame H12 Dual Vacuum Cleaner
• Power On: Press the power switch located on the handle to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
• Cleaning Modes: The vacuum cleaner has two modes:
Automatic Mode: Suitable for daily cleaning, it automatically adjusts suction power based on dirt levels.
Suction Mode: Ideal for vacuuming liquids without washing; in this mode, the brush is not wetted.
• Usage: To begin cleaning, place the vacuum cleaner on the floor, press the power switch, and select the desired mode.

How to Store the Vacuum Cleaner
• Charging Base: After use, place the vacuum cleaner on the provided charging base. Ensure it is correctly positioned for optimal charging.
How to Empty the Dirty Water Tank
• Removing the Tank: Press the release button for the dirty water tank located at the back of the vacuum cleaner and carefully remove it.
• Emptying: Open the tank lid and pour the dirty water into a sink or other suitable drain.
• Cleaning: Rinse the tank with clean water to prevent residue buildup.
• Reinstallation: Once cleaned and dried, reinsert the tank into the vacuum cleaner until you hear a click indicating correct placement.

How to Refill the Clean Water Tank
• Removing the Tank: Press the release button for the clean water tank located at the top of the vacuum cleaner and remove it.
• Filling: Open the tank lid and fill it with clean water. Please do not add soaps or detergents.
• Reinstallation: Close the tank lid and reinsert the tank into the vacuum cleaner until you hear a click.
